My background is in management and sales in healthcare. I have an undergraduate degree is in industrial/organizational psychology and an MBA is in Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
I’ve trained in Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and completed the intermediate Wim Hoff Program.
